With increasing competition, labor costs, new fiduciary regulations, and long training cycles, financial advisors are struggling to keep up, let alone grow. Automated investing (aka Robo Advisors) are lowering fees by 80% and competing with financial advisors. Archaic technology is not keeping pace with the way advisors work. Pulse360 all-in-one workflow software will help financial advisors differentiate and deliver their advice at scale and in a fraction of the time. It will keep them compliant. Due the nature of wealth management industry security is a top priority, on top of that Pulse360 needed to know where they were standing regarding industry best practices before their new platform goes to production public/use.

After considering the extensive gaps, risks, and threats found in their current environment and exposed by the Well-Architected Framework Report produced on the initial engagement, Pulse360 decided to build a new AWS environment from the ground up while keeping their current AWS environment active, to finally conduct a migration to the new AWS environment once complete.
